解决

[postgres@localhost:test:6647:托管模式 /pg6647/data]$  fuser -uv .

                     postgres  121055 ..c.. (postgres)rasedb
                     postgres  219082 ..c.. (postgres)bash

ps -ef |grep 121055
[postgres@localhost:test:6647:托管模式 /pg6647/data]$ ps -ef |grep 121055
postgres  40211 112365  0 18:54 pts/51   00:00:00 grep --color=auto 121055

kill -15 121055
干不掉就 kill -9 121055
