This role encompasses dual responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

• Play a critical role within the sales strategy org, focusing on sales processes, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration

• Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights for the sales and management teams

• Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making

• Master company tools related to forecasting, planning, CRM (Salesforce), and dashboards, providing training to the sales team as needed

• Monitor the end-to-end sales process, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for streamlining to enhance operational efficiency

• Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback and insights for refining and optimizing sales workflows

• Participate in quarterly and annual business planning for the Sales teams

Support for Partnership with China Cloud provider

• Oversee the order booking process with cloud vendors, coordinating with internal functions (legal, finance, pricing) to ensure timely order processing

• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and collaboration, e.g. transitioning from manual reporting processes to automated solutions for scalability

• Facilitate cross-functional communication on projects that involve multiple departments, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Operations

• A Bachelor’s Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Mathematics, etc.)

• Fluent in Mandarin and English

• At least 2 years of experience in either Sales Strategy Consulting Sales Operations Analytics

• 1+ years experience supporting sales leadership and working within a management team

• Strong SQL knowledge with an ability to write SQL queries to extract data needed for analysis 

• Have strong ownership and high responsibility, logical thinking; 

• A spreadsheet wizard with the ability to manipulate and analyze data;

• Experience with at least one major BI tool (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker);

• You are familiar with databases, and the differences between “relational” vs. “non relational”
