我已经下载了最新的12c 12.1.0.2企业版。我进入屏幕以选择要安装的Oracle版本，并且安装程序GUI不允许进行任何更改 (它仍然停留在Enterprise edtion上)。

In Linux and Windows 12.1.0.2 (and higher version) , there is no option to select Personal Edition installation type during Oracle Database software installation. You have to install Enterprise Edition (Single Instance) and then abide by the license restrictions.
