Is there a simple guide to calling external routines from Oracle?

| Oracle provides a mechanism to call external routines (written in C, Java, or any other external language) from the Oracle server. However, the Oracle documentation is not easy to follow when trying to implement this. Is there a simpler guide to doing this? |
