ORACLE 12C RAC修改字符集

如无特殊说明，操作都在1节点进行

查看spfile文件，并备份

SQL> show parameter spfile;

NAME                     TYPE     VALUE
------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------
spfile                     string     +DATA/MESDBKB/PARAMETERFILE/sp
                         file.326.1044897863
SQL> create pfile='/home/oracle/pfile0707.ora' from spfile;

File created.

查看当前字符集：
SQL> select userenv('language') from dual;

USERENV('LANGUAGE')
----------------------------------------------------
AMERICAN_AMERICA.ZHS16GBK

关闭2号节点实例：

shutdown immediate

然后节点1执行：

SQL> alter system set cluster_database=false scope=spfile;

System altered.

SQL> shutdown immediate
Database closed.
Database dismounted.
ORACLE instance shut down.
SQL> startup mount
ORACLE instance started.

Total System Global Area 3.4360E+10 bytes
Fixed Size            7663544 bytes
Variable Size         7583301704 bytes
Database Buffers     2.6709E+10 bytes
Redo Buffers           59445248 bytes
Database mounted.
SQL> alter system enable restricted session;

System altered.

SQL> alter system set job_queue_processes=0;

System altered.

SQL> alter system set aq_tm_processes=0;

System altered.

SQL> alter database open;

Database altered.

SQL> alter database character set internal_use AL32UTF8;

Database altered.

SQL> alter database national character set internal_use UTF8;

Database altered.

SQL> alter system set cluster_database=true scope=spfile;

System altered.

SQL> shutdown immediate
ORA-24324: service handle not initialized
ORA-01041: internal error. hostdef extension doesn't exist

报错重新进入sqlplus：
SQL> shutdown immediate;
Database closed.
Database dismounted.
ORACLE instance shut down.
SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

Total System Global Area 3.4360E+10 bytes
Fixed Size            7663544 bytes
Variable Size         7650410568 bytes
Database Buffers     2.6642E+10 bytes
Redo Buffers           59445248 bytes
Database mounted.
Database opened.

节点2启动数据库：

SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

Total System Global Area 3.4360E+10 bytes
Fixed Size            7663544 bytes
Variable Size         7650410568 bytes
Database Buffers     2.6642E+10 bytes
Redo Buffers           59445248 bytes
Database mounted.
Database opened.


查看修改后的字符集：
SQL> select userenv('language') from dual;

USERENV('LANGUAGE')
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AMERICAN_AMERICA.AL32UTF8复制
