随着 ChatGPT 热度增加，很多人都将它作为主力工具。深度使用会产生大量的聊天记录（对一些人来说这些记录很重要），正常情况下，这些记录会存储在 OpenAI 的服务器，以便你再次登录账号的时候可以获得它们。但是就在昨晚毫无征兆的情况下，OpenAI 清空了所有的会话记录，不知道是 BUG 还是有意为之。对重度用户来说，这是毁灭性的。
在 OpenAI Discord 官方频道已经有人在反馈这个问题，但是目前并未有人作出回复（从消息内容来看，不光是普通用户，Plus 用户的记录也丢失了，但愿只是一个 BUG）：
I am a member of chatgpt plus, and I usually use CHATGPT heavily for study. I turned on my computer this morning and found that all the chat records of CHATGPT in one of my browsers were lost, while the CHAT records in the other browser window were all there. I immediately copied the information manually, but there is still a large part of the data Disappeared. You know this is a job I spend a lot of time and manpower doing. How can I restore the previous history? I remember that CHATGPT3 had the function of viewing history records before, why doesn't CHATGPT have it?
