Abstract

This guide provides instructions for establishing communication between an HPE Primera storage system and a host

running Red Hat Enterprise Linux using the FC (Fibre Channel) and iSCSI (Internet Small Computer System interface)

protocols. It is intended for system and storage administrators who manage system configurations and resource allocation

for the HPE Primera storage system. Administrators must be very familiar with the host OS and the HPE Primera storage

system. For predictable performance and results, use the information in this guide with documentation provided by HPE

for the HPE storage system and documentation provided by individual product vendors.
