SYMPTOMS
ERROR OGG-01028 Incompatible record (logical EOF) in <trail_file>, rba 61882071.
CHANGES
Restarted extract
CAUSE
A prior failure caused extract to abend. It left a broken trail and then started a new, good one.
SOLUTION
The solution provided below skips data and can cause data loss. Proceed only if this is ok, or else please review these other
