下午好，咨询一个问题 oracle11204 rac 打了补丁28553832后，补丁在grid环境下打成功了，crs无法启动，后台提示

1. 根据mos文档：诊断 Grid Infrastructure 启动问题 (Doc ID 1623340.1)
排查GPnP profile的权限是正常的。
2. 根据其他网友文档，kill 了打完补丁后产生的多余进程

ping是正常的，日志也没显示报错；打补丁前crsctl status res -t都是正常，打完补丁后就crs就启动不了。请问还有什么可能性吗？谢谢

通过tfa收集和分析日志，见附件。

1）收集日志

tfactl diagcollect -all -since 1d

2）分析日志

tfactl analyze -since 1d

这条命令将分析查找所有（包括DB/ASM/CRS/ACFS/OS/OSW/OSWSLABINFO）日志1天内ERROR级别的错误信息并提取。

场景： oracle11204 rac 要通过DBUA升级到19.11

根据实践和mos文档，要打2个补丁 Patches to apply before upgrading Oracle GI and DB to 19c or downgrading to previous release (Doc ID 2539751.1)描述，11g升级19C需要打最小季度补丁集22646198和一个小补丁28553832。

现在11024打了28553832到grid_home后，crs就启动不了。
