Fatal NI connect error 12537和ORA-609问题, 如何排查

数据库的alter日志中经常出现
Fatal NI connect error 12537,和ora-609的错误。
之前排查发现是tnsname.ora中有主机名设置错误并进行修改。
今天在看还是存在Fatal NI connect error 12537错误提示

数据库版本是11。2.0.4，Centos linux 6.10,单机
