看日志补丁应该是安装上了(只是集群有可能没启动成功)，先查看下集群补丁状态：
opatch lspatches opatch lsinventory复制
如果没有安装上，通常的做法是不用auto方式，采用手动grid用户opatch apply方式安装补丁。
