问题描述：安装oracle 12.2.0.1 rac第一个节点执行root.sh时报错"failed to get the list of configured diskgroups"，如下所示：

系统：rhel 7.9 64位

数据库：oracle 12.2.0.1(rac两节点)

1、异常重现

[root@cjtpssb01 ~]# /u01/app/oraInventory/orainstRoot.sh

Changing permissions of /u01/app/oraInventory.

Adding read,write permissions for group.

Removing read,write,execute permissions for world.

 

Changing groupname of /u01/app/oraInventory to oinstall.

The execution of the script is complete.

[root@cjtpssb01 ~]# /u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/root.sh

Performing root user operation.

 

The following environment variables are set as:

    ORACLE_OWNER= grid

    ORACLE_HOME=  /u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid

[root@cjtpssb01 lib]# /usr/bin/make -f ins_rdbms.mk client_sharedlib libasmclntsh12.ohso libasmperl12.ohso ORACLE_HOME=$ORACLE_HOME
